The draft (Reg.
No.8687) contains a list of nominees, and instructions for the respective subdivisions
of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Secretariate regarding award ceremony support.
As reported, the nominees achieved great results in the development of youth movement in Ukraine, made a substantial contribution into the process of local self-government development in Ukrainian regions, and attracted a considerable number of young people into it.
The award is nominated by the Parliament under the Resolution of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine "On the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Award for Contribution of Youth to the Development of Parliamentarism and Local Self-Government" (No.840-IV of 22.05 2003).
